The Candidate

• Candidates should possess a minimum of six (6) credit passes at the GCE Ordinary Level (O/L) examination.
• Candidates should have obtained at least three (3) passes at the GCE Advanced Level (A/L) examination, excluding English.
• Age between 19 and 24 years.
• Should demonstrate an energetic and enthusiastic personality.
• Must be a team player with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Sinhala or Tamil, with a working knowledge of English, is required.
• Should possess good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Prior call center experience will be considered an added advantage.
• Candidates must reside within the Colombo region
