Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for company buildings and branches.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants for MEP-related project work.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and contractor submissions.
• Support facility upgrades, renovations, and new branch construction projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to building services

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably in commercial buildings or facility management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and plumbing design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of Sri Lankan building regulations and safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
