Assistant Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support our construction and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying payment details, preparing documentation, coordinating repair works, and ensuring accurate processing of financial and administrative records.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ and cost estimations for construction projects and Renovations.
- Accurately check payment details including quantities, measurements, and price ranges before processing payments.
- Prepare construction agreements and related documentation.
- Coordinate and arrange branch repair works promptly while informing relevant parties.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in construction, quantity surveying, or related administrative roles (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial and measurement verification.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and AutoCAD.
